How does it work?

It’s pretty simple really, from the outset you must clearly state you are looking at using this service and contact our company owner Saul directly on info@getmovingestateagents.co.uk and put your name, number, property address and mention this service on the email. Saul will then contact you asap and the conversation will remain completely confidential. 

We will then discuss your needs and value expectations, the more open and honest you are, the easier it is for everyone. 

There will be properties that just don’t fit our buy it direct criteria and if that is the case, we will be able to tell you that from the first conversation. If that is the case we will happily sell it for you through the normal estate agent way. 

There is no estate agent selling fees when using this service.

There is of course only so many properties we can buy at a time so if we are at our buying capacity we will update this page as soon as possible.
