Tenant Find From Only £450 +vat!

Viewings:

We will accompany all viewings

Once tenant is found:

We will fully reference them

Prepare tenancy agreement

Create Inventory

Organise all safety certificates

Collect 1st Months rent & Deposit

Ensure all compliance documents are issued

Dependent on property location but prices are normally between 4% and 7% of monthly rent pcm.

Prior to move in we will attend the property and carry out a professional inventory service.

The deposit will be collected and registered with a deposit protection scheme

Once Tenancy is active:

Routine Visits

Deal with any maintenance

Collect rent

Action rent increases

End of tenancy:

Receive relevant notice and notify yourself

Serve notice to the tenants when required

Full Inspection and inventory check will be done before releasing deposit

Sales & Lettings charges/ services are a general guide and applicable to majority, some things will vary.

Lettings % monthly charge will not be applicable to all, Min management lettings fees do apply pcm. No let no fee is on the basis we don’t find a successful ready and willing tenant, should the landlord decide to not progress with a successful tenant then our fee is due or if the tenant withdraws due to the property not being available as expected at point of intial marketing.

Properties with a rent above £900 will be charged 50% + vat of the first months rent rather than £450 + vat
